<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure capable of slide-replacing a lamp unit, even when a lamp lights on under a very high temperature environment and when a light guide panel is fused by heat generated by the lamp, while securing heat radiation from the lamp to prevent a brightness from getting low, in case of forming the lamp unit into structure replaceable by a slide system, in a side light type surface light source device arranged with the plurality of lamps. <P>SOLUTION: The surface light source device includes the lamp unit 9 equipped with a lamp holder 51 for protecting the lamps 12 and the vicinity of an electrode part of each lamp 12, and the light guide panel 6 slide-attached slide-detachably with the lamp unit 9 on a side face, and for propagating a light from each lamp 12 to emit a surface light, and the light guide panel 6 includes a light guide panel contact part 6a contacting with the lamp holder 51 when attaching the lamp unit 9, and a cut-out part 6b adjacent to the light guide panel contact part 6a and noncontacting with the lamp holder. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
