<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control system for preventing malfunction. <P>SOLUTION: The control system 10 is provided with a main display 200-1 and displays 200-2 and 200-3. The main display 200-1 is provided with a touch panel display 211, a screen display control process 212, screen control data 213, an operation lock control process 214, an operation right transfer condition table 215, an operation right management table 216, and a remote control process 217. The display 200-2 is provided with a touch panel display 221, a screen display control process 222, a remote control process 225, and screen control data 223.
