A locking device configured to lock an opening and closing member with respect to an engagement-receiving member, wherein: an actuating member actuates in accordance with the manipulation of an operating member; a first locking member has a lock linking unit that connects to the actuating member, a first extending portion that extends from the lock linking unit and advances into and retreats from an engaging hole portion formed on the engagement-receiving member in accordance with the actuation of the actuating member, and a second extending portion that extends from the lock linking unit or the first extending portion; and a regulating unit regulates the movement of the second extending portion in the direction that removes the linking of the actuating member and the lock linking unit. |
