PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage method of billets in a storage yard in which a heating original unit can be reduced, and provide a guidance device for use in implementation of the method.SOLUTION: A storage method of billets in a storage yard is characterized in that the billet to be cooled and the billet to be heated are mixedly present in the same storage yard, and are stored by being held while those billets are mutually overlapped. The overlapped state of each billet is determined so that each difference between a current temperature and a target temperature of each billet held in an overlapped state may become smaller, and a relocation of the billets is performed according to the determined overlapped state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
