An answer recommendation device according to an embodiment of the present invention may comprise: a data collection unit for collecting data on pairs of dialogs, each piece of data including data on a parent sentence corresponding to a question and data on a child sentence corresponding to an answer to the question; a data pre-processing unit for pre-processing the collected data on pairs of dialogs; a vectorization unit for locating each piece of pre-processed data at a particular point on a coordinate system formed by predetermined axes; a clustering unit for performing clustering using information on the particular point where each piece of pre-processed data is located and combining all or some of sentences, included in one cluster, according to a predetermined combining method; a ranking unit for scoring, for each cluster, the relevance of answers to a received message according to a first predetermined scoring method; and a recommended answer providing unit for providing a recommended answer indicating, in descending order of scores, answers which have higher scores when the ranking unit scores the relevance of answers to a received message for each cluster. |
