摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method for producing a thermoelectric conversion material by melting casting, capable of preventing occurrence of cracking by homogenizing the composition.SOLUTION: A production method for thermoelectric conversion material has a dissolution process for installing a dissolution crucible 1 and a solidification crucible 2 in a furnace 11, making the inside of the furnace 11 an inert atmosphere or a reducing atmosphere, and then dissolving the material of each element composing the thermoelectric conversion material in the dissolution crucible 1, and a solidification process for transferring a molten metal of the thermoelectric conversion material to the preheated solidification crucible 2 after the dissolution process. In the dissolution process, the opening 1a of the dissolution crucible 1 is closed when a liquid phase appears in the raw material, and the raw material is dissolved under closed state. In the solidification process, the cooling rate when cooling the thermoelectric conversion material down to 1030°C is 15°C/min-90°C/min.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
