PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device capable of reducing the phase difference, caused by the reactance component not only of the signal transmission section but also of the whole signal transmission path including the input part and output part of an electronic component, while enhancing the degree of freedom of phase difference.SOLUTION: A semiconductor device 10 includes a plurality of signal transmission paths 12a, 12b, each including an IC11 handling a differential signal, connections 15a, 15b provided in the IC11, and lead sections 16a, 16b connected with the connections 15a, 15b and transmitting the differential signal, respectively, and an adjustment lead 13 for adjusting the difference of the electrical lengths of the plurality of signal transmission paths 12a, 12b to a predetermined threshold or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
