PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotation velocity measurement device that can alleviate loads required for pre-preparation prior to measurement of a rotation velocity of a rotor.SOLUTION: A rotation velocity measurement device comprises: an input unit that inputs a plurality of shooting information indicative of intensity of light at each position of a shooting area where a rotor is included, and generated at a prescribed time interval; a generation unit that generates detection information indicative of intensity of light in a detection range, which is a part of the shooting range, from the shooting information for each shooting information; and a calculation unit that implements a Fourier transformation of all of the detection information generated by the generation unit in a time frequency area, and calculates a rotation velocity of the rotor from a frequency component obtained by the Fourier transformation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
