PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a study or a search for developing and producing a circular rotating item automatically generating electricity and producing a continuous high-speed rotation like a water-less water turbine that can be easily installed even at a top part of a mountain or culturally non-developed site not requiring any electricity, fuel, water and wind and not being influenced by power failure or global warming.SOLUTION: This invention provides a developed product based on natural science that is carried out in such a way that a little bit technical improvement is applied to a telescopic rubber cylinder capable of performing a piston motion and a sufficient high-speed rotation is applied to a large diameter or heavy weight circular item to cause its initial motion to perform and its utilization as an auxiliary tool causes a circular item to generate sufficient rotation energy to generate electricity, and the continuous rotation and rotation of a main body are utilized, a small diameter circular item is arranged outside at a proper position, both outer peripheral parts are provided with magnetic bands to face to each other in their same polarities, an outside circular item is rotated in a reverse direction under high-speed rotation to attain a water-less water turbine and its popularization causes a safe and low-cost power generation to be promoted under an overview of no nuclear power generation in worldwide level.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
