PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a freezer in which water cut-off switches (differential pressure switches or differential pressure sensors) can be used in common even if the number of passes at a heat exchanger for a freezer is changed and a long lead pipe can be eliminated even if the number of passes is odd number.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a freezer in which the number of passes at liquid side of at least one or more liquid heat exchangers is 3 or more, a differential pressure between an inlet part of N-th pass at liquid side of the liquid heat exchanger and an outlet part of N+1 pass is detected and a flow rate of liquid in the freezer is estimated in reference to the detected differential pressure.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
