The present invention relates to a toothbrush for a disabled person invented for a disabled person who has a difficulty in using a general toothbrush due to not having lower parts of both wrists. A cylindrical gripping unit is formed to enable a user to insert a his/her arm in a handle unit of a conventional toothbrush which has a shape gripped by a hand, and a strong bristle on a head unit is provided to wrap a tooth so as to effectively brush the teeth even with limited movement. A neck part thereof is made of flexible plastic to be elastically supported and easily bent. Moreover, the neck part inserted in the oral cavity to brush the teeth may be attached to and detached from the head unit, thereby contributing to sanitary control.
