PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a tunnel monitoring task from being obstructed even when a plurality of warnings are simultaneously generated due to one abnormal event. SOLUTION: This tunnel monitoring device is provided with a plurality of sensors 20 to detect any abnormality which occurs in a tunnel, an alarm outputting means 9 to output an alarm sound to a monitor control room when the warning of abnormality occurrence is outputted from any of those sensors 20, a manual switch to recognize the occurrence of abnormality and a control means 17 to, when the warning of the occurrence of abnormality is outputted from another sensor set within a predetermined range around the sensor which has outputted the warning of abnormality occurrence according to the supply of the manual switch, suppress the output of an alarm sound based on warning from another sensor.
