PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clean bench capable of being arbitrarily installed with a simple structure, and achieving environment of high cleanliness even when it is installed under comparatively dirty environment. SOLUTION: An approximately cubic working space 15 is defined from an opening 13 toward the inside of a casing 11. An approximately cubic lower space 17 is defined from a lower opening 14 toward the inside of the casing 11. A front cover 18 for covering the opening 13 is formed on a front side of the working space 15. The front cover 18 is made out of, for example, a transparent resin sheet, and kept in a state of being bent by a cross bar into the V-shaped cross-sectional shape projecting into the working space 15 from the opening 13. The front cover 18 may be formed in a state of projecting into the working space 15 from the opening 13 by using a hard glass plate and the like without forming the cross bar 19.
