<p>A procedure for the manufacture of various kinds of insulation boards or final products such as for example insulating roof tiles by using waste insulation material obtained from textile waste, known under the trade name Fonaterm, to which rockwool powder, additives and binders are added in a certain sequence. The material mixed in this way is poured into a tool where a sheet metal part of a roof tile was inserted previously. Then wet pressurized water vapour is fed into the tool to initiate the reaction of these substances and adhere them thus to the sheet metal part of the roof tile. The roof tile is taken out from the tool after the end of the reaction and dried.</p> |
