<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure security of a cash card holder from robbery or the like by a cash card of an automatic teller machine. <P>SOLUTION: There is only one password in transactions of an ATM or the like and transactions can be carried out when the password is identified. When the cash card holder (hereinafter referred to as a supplicant) is attacked by a robber or the like and the password is known to the robber, there are high possibilities that cash is plundered and the holder falls into a dangerous state.
