<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To connect, transfer and output a plurality of pieces of image data as long as the pieces of the image data have the same collateral information, even when the plurality of pieces of the image data attached with the same collateral information are randomly inputted. <P>SOLUTION: This medical image transfer device receives the medical image data of a transfer target, attaches the collateral information for specifying the medical image data to the medical image data, and transmits them.
