摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-frequency treatment instrument for an endoscope which can variably configure a direction of water spouting out of a water nozzle at the distal end of the high-frequency treatment instrument for an endoscope although its diameter is only 2 to 3 mm and can effectively wash dirty solution or blood on the surface of a membrane. <P>SOLUTION: A rod-shaped high-frequency electrode 4 moving forward/backward to protrude forward from a distal end surface 1a of a sheath 1 through an operation at the proximal end of the sheath 1 and a water nozzle 3a to spout water W forward from the distal end surface 1a of the sheath 1 are disposed in parallel. A space e between the high-frequency electrode 4 and the water nozzle 3a is set to make the water W spouted out of the water nozzle 3a to be drawn toward the high-frequency electrode 4 protruded from the distal end of the sheath 1 and to bend its spouting direction. By spouting water W out of the water nozzle 3a and moving the high-frequency electrode 4 forward/backward, the spouting direction of water W from the water nozzle 3a can be changed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
