<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problem: it is necessary to accurately discriminate a variety without affected by growth conditions from the point of view for protecting right securement of breeders in relation to strawberry and preventing forged display of foodstuff, but in conventional methods, operations are complicated and require a long time to accurately discriminate the variety. <P>SOLUTION: Polymorphism between varieties of DNA fragments is obtained by extracting genom DNA from strawberry, using the extract as a template DNA, mixing 3 pairs, 6 species of primers in total, presenting them to PCR method, carrying out agarose gel electrophoresis by using a part of reaction liquid, subsequently checking under UV irradiation.
