<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the thermal demagnetization of an Nd-based magnet provided as the magnetic pole source of a rotor in a DC brushless motor. <P>SOLUTION: The Nd-based magnet whose thermal demagnetization temperature is 140°C to 180°C is used, the winding wire 722 of the DC brushless motor 72 which is a heat generation source is provided with a thermal protector 728 for detecting a temperature, and power supply to the DC brushless motor 72 is interrupted so that the temperature of the Nd-based magnet does not exceed the thermal demagnetization temperature. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
