PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electro-optic device capable of configuring a storage capacitor with a high capacitance value in a narrow region, and to provide a projection type display device and an electronic apparatus including the electro-optic device.SOLUTION: In a liquid crystal device 100, a groove-like recessed portion 42e is formed in an interlayer insulating film 42 out of a plurality of interlayer insulating films 41 to 45, and a storage capacitor 55 is constituted by a first electrode layer 5a, a dielectric layer 40 and a second electrode layer 7a formed along a bottom wall 42e1 and a side wall 42e2 of the groove-like recessed portion 42e. The interlayer insulating film 43 is laminated on the interlayer insulating film 42, and the interlayer insulating film 43 includes a recessed portion 43e reflecting the groove-like recessed portion 42e, in which a storage capacitor 55 is constituted by a first electrode layer 5a, a dielectric layer 40 and a second electrode layer 7a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
