PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attach a coil to a yoke and mount a coil terminal on an external connection terminal by the same process. SOLUTION: The external connection terminal 43 is integrally formed with the yoke 40 by press working or the like, as well as the coil 50 is formed, by directly winding a coil winding around the yoke 50 to connect the terminal 51 of the coil winding with the external connection terminal 43. A terminal insulating member 53 is provided on the surface of the external connection terminal 43. A guide groove 55 is formed with the terminal insulating member 53 in the curved portion of the external connection terminal 43. Thus, the terminal 51 is guided by the guide groove 55. When two identical members, each of which includes the yoke 40 attached to the coil 50, are connected in the axial direction of the yokes 40, the members are displaced in the circumferential direction, to prevent interference between the external connection terminals 43 each other. In assembling the members, the coils 50 are attached to the yokes 40, integrally formed with the external connection terminals 43, before the terminals 51 are mounted on the external connection terminals 43.
