PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus in which appropriate flexibility can be imparted to a signal line inserted into a coupling portion while reducing noise intruding into the signal line. SOLUTION: A portable telephone 1 comprises a reception case 2, a transmission case 3, a portion 4 for coupling the reception case 2 and the transmission case 3 rotatably, a plurality of coaxial cables 132 inserted into the coupling portion 4 and connecting a circuit board 31 provided in the transmission case 3 electrically with a circuit board 121 provided in the reception case 2, and a conductive tape 139 wound around the plurality of coaxial cables 132 in order to bundle them.
