A cell differentiation agent containing novel differentiation regulating gene is provided to be effective for differentiating stem cells into natural killer cells, thereby being usefully used as an anti-cancer agent. A gene for regulating differentiation from stem cell into natural killer cell is selected from the group consisting of la-associated invariant chain(gene bank ID : BA003476), Glycoprotein nmb(gene bank ID : BC026375), Fc receptor, IgG, high affinity I(gene bank ID : BC025535) and 2'-5' oligoadenylate synthetase-like 2(gene bank ID : BC034361).
