PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make even a device with no special image processing function synthesize 3D animation with a pickup image. SOLUTION: A cellular phone 1a generates a 3D animation file by a synthetic image creation system server 6 by selecting image data presented from the synthetic image creation system server 6. When the 3D animation file is attached to an e-mail to be transmitted, the synthetic image creation system server 6 discriminates a display performance on the receiving side, when the 3D animation file can be displayed on the receiving side, transmits an e-mail text and the 3D animation file and when the 3D animation file can not be displayed on the receiving side, converts the e-mail text and the 3D animation file into GIF files (plurality) to be transmitted.
