PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily determine a storage area of a transfer destination corresponding to a previous storage area when N (N is integer larger than M) storage areas are newly allocated to a user with M (M is integer equal to or larger than 1) storage areas allocated, and information in the M previous storage areas is transferred to the new M storage areas in a system for providing the user with storage areas in an information storage part. SOLUTION: This information processor 23 has a recording part 23a for recording the M storage areas of the transfer destination in a storage part 22 while associating the storage areas with user identification information for identifying the user in the above case and a display part 23b for displaying in a user device 10 the storage areas allocated to the user identified by the user identification information in such a manner that the storage areas of the transfer destination recorded in the storage part 22 while being associated with the user identification information when receiving a connection request including the user identification information from a user device 10.
