PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To output an alarm at an appropriate alarm timing in consideration of characteristics of a driver's inattention and doze. SOLUTION: A vehicle-mounted alarm apparatus has an inattention time measurement device for measuring the duration of a driver's inattention, a doze time measurement device for measuring the duration of the driver's doze, a first alarm output device for alarming the driver if the measured inattention time exceeds a first predetermined time Ta, and a second alarm output device for alarming the driver if the measured doze time exceeds a second predetermined time Tb.
