PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a job management device cannot accurately recognize how loaded a job execution device is actually in one system in the condition that jobs may be assigned to the job execution device from job management devices belonging to systems other than the one system. SOLUTION: An operation state information reception part 112 in the job management device 100 receives operation state information showing operation states of a plurality of job execution devices 150, from respective job execution devices 150. A selection part 114 uses operation state information to select a job execution device as an assignment destination of a job, from the plurality of job execution devices including job execution devices to which jobs have been assigned by job management devices 100 other than this job management device 100.
