PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sliding carpus part protective tool for lightly sliding on a table without deterioration in sliding performance even if the tool is kept in use, and for significantly reducing propagation of a sliding vibration to a hand. SOLUTION: The tool comprises a wrist placing unit 3 for placing a wrist B thereon; a carpus part placing unit 4 disposed so as to protrude from the wrist placing unit 3 and place a carpus part C thereon; a wrist band unit 5 disposed so as to extend from one side of the wrist placing unit 3; a wrist band unit 6 disposed so as to extend from the other side of the wrist placing unit 3 and overlapped to be connected on and to the wrist band unit 5; a loop side face fastener sliding face 8 for forming a sliding face parts of the wrist placing unit 3 and the carpus placing unit 4 on the table and being made of a loop side face fastener member 7; and a connection means 10 for detachably connecting the wrist band units 5, 6 and being made of a hook side face fastener member 9 which allows for adjustment of wrist winding.
