<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a camera which is free from erroneous operations by additionally providing an operation acceptance range limiting means to resolve the problem that a camera having an operation input member having a conventional touch panel has a disadvantage of causing erroneous operations due to a wide operation acceptance range of the touch panel. <P>SOLUTION: The camera determines a mode of an operated switch and detects an eye contact state and detects whether a grip is attached or not and controls an acceptance area of the touch panel in accordance with determination and detection results. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
