<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle device or the like wherein usability is improved while maintaining security. <P>SOLUTION: Card information for this on-vehicle device stored in the on-vehicle device can be made to be activated by not only a first mobile terminal making the on-vehicle device store the card information for the on-vehicle device but also a second mobile terminal registered in the on-vehicle device through the first mobile terminal (S205-S280). Accordingly, when a holder of the second mobile terminal rides in a vehicle even after a holder of the first mobile terminal gets off the vehicle, for example, the card information for the on-vehicle device can be optionally activated. That is, the usability is improved. Furthermore, the second mobile terminal is not registered in the on-vehicle device as a terminal allowing the activation of the card information for the on-vehicle device without depending on the first mobile terminal to sufficiently maintain the security. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
