<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a lens array preventing deterioration of the resolution of a formed image, a lens array, an LED head having the lens array, an exposure device having an LED head, and an image forming apparatus and a reading apparatus that have the exposure device. <P>SOLUTION: By using the lens array that satisfies the relationship between an amount of an off-set between a central axis of the first lens and a central axis of the second lens, that is, an off-set EC, and an interval EP between the light emitting elements in the exposure device, deterioration of the resolution is prevented. That is, the exposure device including the lens array and the image forming apparatus including the exposure device can prevent deterioration of the quality of an image.
