<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brake operation structure capable of facilitating adjustment work of a brake operation mechanism to actuate a brake mechanism in response to manual operation. <P>SOLUTION: This brake operation structure is furnished with the brake operation mechanism to rotate a brake operating member in the brake mechanism in the brake actuating direction around a rotation axis in response to the manual operation and the brake adjustment mechanism 200 free to adjust an initial position around the rotation axis of the brake operating member in non-operation of the brake operation mechanism.
