PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell stack capable of improving strength, a fuel battery module, and a fuel battery device.SOLUTION: In a cell stack, an oxygen electrode layer 10 and a collector member 4 of a fuel battery cell 3, and an interconnector layer 11 and the collector member 4 of the fuel battery cell 3 are joined with a conductive joining material 13 comprising a material system same as a material comprising the oxygen electrode layer 10, and the thickness of a conductive joining material 13a joining the interconnector layer 11 and the collector member 4 is thicker than the thickness of a conductive joining material 13b joining the oxygen electrode layer 10 and the collector member 4. |
