PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform flexible production management by simultaneously achieving a process change on the basis of site determination and compliance with a required minimum process rule.SOLUTION: A production management system stores the process of members to be executed through a plurality of steps, the execution order of the steps, and group identification information indicating a group to which the steps belong, having correspondence among them. The steps belonging to a group indicated by the same group identification information are mutually exchangeable steps, and certain steps included in the plurality of steps. When the processing of all the steps earlier in execution step than the certain steps has been completed, or when all the steps among the steps earlier in execution order than the certain steps, the processing of which is yet to be completed, belong to the same group as that to which the certain steps belong, the certain steps are determined to be steps permitted to be executed next. |
