<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately and precisely set the position for a saddle stitch/middle folding of a printing paper to a center part of an actual printing paper corresponding to recording papers with different shrinking degrees in a sheet post-processing device. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This device comprises an information fetching unit 101 for fetching size information of a recording paper and parameter information which is a factor for shrinking the recording paper due to printing from an image formation part, a shrinkage length setting unit 103 for setting a shrinkage length of the recording paper in a paper delivering direction due to printing, a saddle stitch/middle folding position calculation unit 104 for calculating a saddle stitch/middle folding position of the printing paper from the size information and the shrinkage length, and a stacker control unit 105 for controlling a position of a holding mechanism in the paper delivering direction so that a saddle stitch mechanism stitches the printing papers up at the saddle stitch/middle folding position and a middle folding mechanism folds the printing papers from the center at the saddle stitch/middle folding position.
