The present invention relates to a Bluetooth radio system for middle and long distance using a portable repeater, and more specifically, to a Bluetooth radio system for middle and long distance using a portable repeater enabling a wireless communications by a squad unit through a portable repeater established to solve problems limiting a fast inter-communication and a Bluetooth communication by providing a radio using a Bluetooth communication when a squad unit carries out communications in an army operation. A Bluetooth radio system for middle and long distance using a portable repeater, the present invention, comprises: a plurality of Bluetooth radios (200) providing data for a portable repeater through Bluetooth communication; and a portable repeater (100) which receives data from the Bluetooth radio through Bluetooth communication, converts the data and transmits the converted data to the Bluetooth radio which sent the data, and to other Bluetooth radios. The present invention provides an advantage of rapidly and accurately transmitting an order of the squad commander to squad members even in a circumstance where noise is loud and squad members cannot concentrate on an order of the squad commander.
