The present invention relates to a novel fluorescent probe compound and a manufacturing method thereof; and to a cell or tissue imaging method using a single-photon or two-photon fluorescent microscope for adenosine triphosphate (ATP) in a lysosome, and an ATP quantification method, which use the fluorescent probe compound. More specifically, the present invention relates to a fluorescent sensor which can detect ATP in a lysosome. According to the present invention, it is verified that the fluorescent probe compound selectively senses ATP in a lysosome of a cell or tissue and can quantify the ATP. Accordingly, the fluorescent probe compound or a composition in the present invention can be practically used to research various in-vivo ATP-related vital reactions or diseases. According to the present invention, a composition for ATP detection includes a compound represented by chemical formula 1, or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. |
