PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably supply an application processed together with broadcast contents.SOLUTION: An information processing apparatus includes: a broadcast content processing unit that receives and processes broadcast contents; and a controller which acquires an application information table storing a randomized latency descriptor that includes at least first information for the distribution of access timing to acquire an application capable of being processed together with the broadcast contents from a server that can supply the application and a second information on a valid period, and which calculates timing of access to the server on the basis of the first information and sets a limit time for performing a processing to calculate the timing on the basis of the second information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
