An in-flash processing system is provided that includes: an input/output manager that receives parameters from a host to perform back-end data processing tasks on immutable objects and that outputs commands to read and write immutable data objects to and from super-pages in a set of flash memory storage devices; a priority manager that ensures that front-end data processing tasks takes priority over back-end data processing tasks; and a back-end processing system that processes at least one immutable object in order to generate at least one new immutable object. |
