PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure with a joint, which can suppress the adhesive failure and cohesive failure of a sealant for the joint by suppressing a tensile force, occurring on an adhesive interface between a building member and the sealant for the joint, to the minimum, which can reduce construction costs, and which has a good sealing function. SOLUTION: In this structure, the joints 21, which are formed among exterior wall panels 11, 12, 13 and 14, are filled with the sealant for the joint, containing an expansive additive, and the expansive additive is expanded so that the panels 11, 12, 13 and 14 can be subjected to pressure in a compressed direction from the sealant for the joint.
