PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly restore a wiring means, even if a movable guiding means and a weight means are left in a guide means by cutting of the wiring means such as a lead wire laid in the guide means such as a rail, by using the movable guiding means such as a running block and the weight means such as a weight. SOLUTION: When the wiring means is cut for some cause, since the movable guiding means and the weight means are left in the guide means, a new movable guiding means and a weight means are installed in a state of leaving these means as they are. The movable guiding means is preferable in about half of the total length of the guide means in an actual movable range of the movable guiding means and the weight means since the wiring means is bent in the guide means, and a lower side half exists as an unrelated space noninterfering with the movable guiding means and the weight means. Thus, when the wiring means is cut, the wiring means is quickly restored by replacing the movable guiding means and the weight means with a complete set, and the dropped means can be left as it is in a lower part of the guide means.
