<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decentralized traceability control system capable of easily controlling an object to be distributed between a plurality of contractors, enhancing the function of the traceability, and minimizing information transmitted outside from each contractor. <P>SOLUTION: The decentralized traceability control system comprises a control data preparation means in which contractors connected to each other via a network prepare the product data as a product in the pretreatment of an object to be controlled regarding each treatment, and the parts data which is the data corresponding to the product as the parts in the next treatment, and further prepare the product data and the parts data as the control data consisting of a single file in association with connection information to indicate the connection of the pretreatment and the next treatment corresponding thereto, a data storage means for storing the control data on each prepared treatment, and a data communication means for transmitting the final control data on the treatment of generating the final product to a downstream contractor when the final product is forwarded to the downstream contractor, and receiving the final control data to be transmitted from an upstream contractor.
