摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a ceramic device capable of inhibiting a short circuit between a lower electrode and an upper electrode resulting from irregularities by a printing when using the screen printing method. SOLUTION: A lower-electrode pattern 10 is formed on a ceramic green sheet 9 by the screen printing method, the ceramic green sheet 9 is pressed with the formed lower-electrode pattern 10 by a pressure device, and the lower electrode 13 is formed with a smoothed surface. A dielectric pattern 14 composed of dielectric paste is formed on the lower electrode 13 by the screen printing method, and the ceramic green sheet 9 is pressed with the formed lower electrode 13 and dielectric pattern 14 by the pressure device, and a dielectric 16 is formed with the smoothed surface. An upper-electrode pattern 17 is formed on the dielectric 16 by the screen printing method; the ceramic green sheet 9 is pressed with the formed lower electrode 13, dielectric 16, and upper-electrode pattern 17 by the pressure device; and the upper electrode 18 is formed with the smoothed surface.
