PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dielectric elastomer layered product capable of holding the temperature coefficientτ<SB>εγ</SB>(unit: 1/°C) of relative permittivity of the layered product in the range of (-100 to 100)×10<SP>-6</SP>even when a dielectric elastomer sheet having a large temperature coefficient of relative permittivity (negative side) is used, and its manufacturing method, in the dielectric elastomer layered product comprising a dielectric elastomer sheet and resin layers. SOLUTION: This manufacturing method of this dielectric elastomer layered product includes a process for stacking the resin layers having a positive temperature coefficient of relative permittivity on both sides of the dielectric elastomer sheet having dielectric ceramics powder mixed therein and having a negative temperature coefficient of relative permittivity. The temperature coefficients and the thicknesses of the dielectric elastomer sheet and the resin layer are adjusted to set the temperature coefficientτ<SB>εγ</SB>of relative permittivity of the dielectric elastomer layered product on the basis of 25°C in the range of (-100 to 100) ppm/°C in the temperature range of -40 to 120°C.
