PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a time recorder capable of acquiring a fair and correct actual labor time. SOLUTION: Standard movement time information 121 from an office to a time recorder arrangement position by each employee is held in a RAM 12. The actual labor time by each employee is acquired by taking into consideration a punched time as a present time, a declaration time as an actual job start time by each employee, which is inputted by the employee with a key input part 15, and the standard movement time.
