A method of manufacturing ginseng extract granules and pills containing a high concentration of ginseng ingredients by subjecting high-viscosity ginseng extract to a successive drying, grinding, granulating and film coating process is provided to control the concentration of products easily and increase hygroscopic property and production efficiency. Seed material is put into a fluidized bed granulator maintaining at 50 to 85deg.C, sprayed with ginseng extract to grow the seed material to ginseng extract particles with a desired size and coated with waterproof material. The seed material is one or more materials selected from the group consisting of starch, lactose, polydextrose, pectin, mannan, modified starch, carboxymethyl cellulose, fine ginseng powder, dextrin, glucose, aspartame, sugar, guar gum, agar and carrageenan. The waterproof material is one more materials selected from the group consisting of pullulan gum, micro-fibrillated cellulose, cyclodextrin, whey protein, isolated soybean protein, nonfat dry milk and the like.
