A solenoid valve assembly is provided to minimize the energy consumption of an embedded battery during the descent of a plunger by operating the plunger while spacing the plunger from a fixation sheet by a predetermined distance. A solenoid valve assembly comprises a coil installed along an outer circumference of a bobbin(8). A magnet is installed at a lower part of the coil. A plunger(3) is installed in the bobbin(8). A stopper(41) is formed at an inner diameter section of the bobbin(8). A fixation sheet(44) having a space(45) is installed at an upper part of the stopper(41). The plunger(3) is installed at a lower part of the stopper(41). The plunger(3) has a head(46) at an upper end thereof, and an inclination unit(42) is formed below the head(46). A spring(6) is installed along an outer circumference of the head(46).
