PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control program and a control method for controlling an image forming apparatus, which allow setting about a plurality of kinds of tab sheets to be performed without errors while improving workability of a user, and an image forming apparatus.

SOLUTION: The user is provided with a tab sheet setting screen 100 having a first tab sheet insertion setting part 110 for performing setting about insertion of a first tab sheet and a second tab sheet insertion setting part 120 for performing setting about insertion of a second tab sheet, in response to acceptance of a request for start of setting about tab sheets.
