摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow site meter capable of acquiring the light data of at least either one of scattered light or fluorescence at every partial region, which is emitted from each of partial regions when a plurality of the partial regions of a sample to be measured are irradiated with a light beam so as to be restricted to each of them, with a relatively high resolving power without specially increasing an apparatus cost. SOLUTION: The sample liquid flow flowing through a pipeline is irradiated with the light beam, which has a beam cross section extending in a long axis direction in an elongated state and of which the width in the short axis direction crossing the long axis direction in the beam cross section at a right angle is smaller than the diameter of a sample to be measured, and light of at least either one of the scattered light and fluorescence produced by irradiating a sample liquid flow with the light beam is continuously measured to sample the measured continuous light data. When the light data at every partial region is acquired, the long axis direction of the light beam is inclined by a predetermined angle with respect to the direction of crossing the flow direction of the sample liquid flow at a right angle and, in this state, the sample liquid flow is irradiated with the light beam.
