PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information receiver that can cope with epicenter earthquakes, as well as, being highly accurate and low-cost, and to provide an information-receiving system that uses the information receiver. SOLUTION: The information receiver 1, having a function of receiving emergency earthquake prompt report, has an internal seismograph 2 provided inside the body of the information receiver 1.
